I then did applied R&D at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory on electronic mail technologies and international standards. I founded and scaled International Messaging Associates into a multi-million-dollar global business where we provided mission-critical electronic mail infrastructure to some of the largest corporate and government organizations. Later I launched Jade Networks to provide enterprise-grade Internet IT services, datacenter operations, and consulting. Today I run Tim Kehres Consulting maintaining the same operational discipline I used to build and run stable production environments.
